The holotype of Andrena skorikovi is conspecific with the lectotype of A. iranella and as the first revisers we choose A. skorikovi as the valid name. Remark. Male unknown (according to Osytshnjuk et al . 2005: 144 ). Osytshnjuk et al . (2005: 143) indicated that a syntype specimen was the ’holotype’, but Popov (1940) did not directly indicate a single specimen and eight specimens from the type series are deposited in the ZISP.
