Note.
In his original description,
Kirkaldy (1907)
provides a note that the male has the “pygophore as in
C. ridicularis
”. This indicates that he examined at least one male. The specimen labelled as “
holotype
” has not been validated as such by publication and is here regarded as a
syntype
. If a male specimen can be found in BPBM matching the original collection details, then it is available to be designated as
lectotype
.
