Diagnosis.
Body length: 5.5–6.0 mm
Slender species, with body entirely black (

), antenna with yellowish scape and pedicel, flagellum reddish, darkened towards tip (

); mandible yellowish medially, black at base and tip (
Fig. 12B
); midtibia dark ferruginous, hindtibia with reddish yellow basally; pronotal lobe ivory white (
Fig. 11A
); tegula dark ferruginous (
Fig. 12C
). Wings hyaline with coloured reflections, pterostigma black with small basal yellow area, veins dark brown, distinctly paler at base (

). Inner eye margins converging towards clypeus (

); Antennal F1–3 subequal, F3 about 3.0× as long as apical width, pedicel long, conical, widened apically (

); inner carina of eye not reaching anterior ocellus (

); frons finely obliquely striate medially (

); vertex relatively long, very finely transversely striate; clypeus finely transversely wrinkled (
