M.J.W. Cock 2000” [Printed]. Remarks : This specimen collected by Sir N. Lamont in Trinidad was considered by Lamont to be the holotype and is illustrated in colour in Pl. I: fig. 12 ( Kaye 1922 , Kaye & Lamont 1927 ). No precise locality is given in the original description, but Kaye & Lamont (1927) give the type locality as “Palmiste”.
