Liomera cinctimana
(White, 1847)
Material examined.
One male from Zacatoso (ICMyL MAZ 9304) in the Ixtapa region, one female from La Boquilla (ICMyL MAZ 9306A), and one male (ICMyL MAZ 9305) from El Maguey (

Remarks.
This species has a symbiotic relationship with corals and has a wide distribution in the Indo-Pacific. In the Eastern Pacific, records are from the Gulf of California to the Galápagos Islands (Villalobos-Hiriart
et al.
1989). In Mexican waters, this species was previously recorded in the Huatulco region (Ramírez-Luna
et al.
2002). Our data confirms its presence along the study area.
