is one of the largest genera in this family and currently contains 102 species (Fan 2005;

). In this paper one species,
Eustigmaeus varius
sp. nov

, is described as new. Another species,
Eustigmaeus lacuna
(Summers)
, originally found in
U.S.A.
, is newly recorded for the Turkish fauna and redescribed. In addition, 12 known species are recorded from new localities.
