Remarks.
Doublatia inflata
was first described from early Permian material in New South
Wales
, based only on the
holotype
specimen. Since then more material has been found at the
type
locality. Other specimens have also been found by members of the Fossil Club of New South
Wales
, which have been figured in Percival
et al.
(2012). The new specimens have allowed the generic diagnosis to be emended.
