Natural history.
In NB, this species was found in an eastern white cedar swamp in a small pond and marsh, a seasonally flooded marsh, and an old mixed forest. Specimens were collected by treading
Carex
hummock into water, treading marsh vegetation, and one was captured in a Lindgren funnel trap. Adults were collected in May, June, July, and September.
