Diagnosis.
(1) cephalic process strongly elongated and slender (
Fig. 3C–D
); (2) head black or greenish brown (fig. 3 D); (3) median carina of mesonotum yellowish orange (
Fig. 3D
); (4) tegmina slightly narrow, black with light green veins, yellow spots not fused into bands (
Fig. 3A
); (5) hind wings variable: orange, yellow or pale blue basally (

).
