This species has an uncertain affiliation as there is no figure in the original description or in other later works. The type series were searched for in March 2022 and could not be located in the MNHN by B. Pall-Gergely or P. Bouchet, and were deemed presumably lost (B. Pall-Gergely and P. Bouchet, pers. comm.).
