The worker caste has been adequately described by Shattuck (1991) . Queen and male unknown. DISCUSSION This species is known only from the single worker holotype. Nothing is known of its biology, although it is assumed to be arboreal. The most similar species is A. luhya , described below, from which it differs as detailed under that species.
