Description, female.
Body length
4.85 mm
. Head and mesosoma black; wings subhyaline; metasoma dark castaneous. Head long. Mandible with five distal teeth, wide, curved, and with lower tooth longer than others. Median clypeal lobe angulate, short; median clypeal carina higher than frons level. Frons
coriaceous
; antennal scrobe ecarinate. Eye large. Frontal angle of ocellar triangle acute; ocelli small. Vertex convex. Pronotal disc as long as wide, sparsely punctate; transverse pronotal carina complete; posterior margin without posterior pronotal sulcus. Notaulus narrow. Mesoscutellar disc with mesoscutellar sulcus narrow; posterior mesoscutellar sulcus present. Metapectal-propodeal disc long; metapostnotal median carina complete; longitudinal ridges present; metapostnotal-propodeal suture convergent to first pair of metapostnotal carina; paraspiracular carina present and conspicuous; metapleural carina present and conspicuous; metapectal-propodeal disc with short striae; propodeal declivity strigate. Mesopleuron with anterior fovea closed; mesopleural fovea opened; lower fovea opened; posterior fovea absent; mesopleural suture closed. Forewing with stigma developed; Rs&M vein distinguished. Mesotibia not spinose; claws bifid. Metasomal segments densely setose.
Genitalia.
T9 with anterior arm long and overlapping 2vf; 1vv longer than genitalia body; 2vv shorter than 1vv length, smoothly narrowing apicad; 3vv short; 1vf slightly curved forward; 2vf slender and with dorsal lap strongly swollen posteriorly; 1rv not curved, ventral process small, and posterior process short; 2rv not curved.

Remarks.
This new species differs from
A. guianae
by having the body black; the wings bi-banded; the clypeus angulate with the median clypeal carina higher than frons level; the antennal scrobe ecarinate; the transverse pronotal carina present; the posterior mesoscutellar sulcus present; the metapostnotal-propodeal suture convergent to the first pair of metapostnotal carinae; and the mesopleural fovea opened, whereas
A. guianae
has the body with green reflection and the propodeum black; the wings bi-banded; the clypeus with the apical margin truncate, with the median clypeal carina lower than frons level; the antennal scrobe carinate; the transverse pronotal carina absent; the posterior mesoscutellar sulcus absent; the metapostnotal-propodeal suture straight; and the mesopleural fovea closed.
