One female. Dimensions: L= 0.67 mm ; a = 34; b = 5.3; c = 4.5; V = 134918. Cuticle with distinct transverse striae 1.2 JX apart. Head rounded. Amphids crypto-spiral, 3.6 fx in diameter or one-third of corresponding body width; located 15 [x or 1.5 head width from anterior end. Vulva inconspicuous; gonads paired, each with a full-grown oocyte. Tail length equal to 12 anal body widths; the tail does not show the typical colour which gave the species its name. A ventral seta 4 [x long at 10;x behind the anus. Sample 61.
