At the apeX of gonoStyluS are two Strong SpIneS wIthIn Shorter brIStleS and a long whIplaSh haIr. The 9th SternIte IS bIlobated. The tegmen IS apIcally rounded wIth a dIStInct area of fIne teeth. The aedeaguS IS rather long and thIn. Body length: 3 mm . Comments . The SpecIeS IS characterIzed by a denSe cluSter of brIStleS on the dIStal margIn of the Seventh tergIte, an elongate mouth part (nearly aS long aS the head hIgh), rather long flagellomereS, Short c (Shorter ½ w) and Short haIrS at the outSIdeS of gonocoXIteS and gonoStyluS. The 9th SternIte IS bIlobate (SparSely haIred). The ventral SIde of the hypopygIum haS Short haIrS on the membranouS part. Distribution . CoSta RIca ; USA ( CalIfornIa ).
