Holotype ɗ, CHINA : Guangxi, Wuming, Damingshan, 1963. V.23 , C.K. Yang ( CAU ). Distribution. China (Guangxi). Remarks. This species seems to be closely related to N. fuscus sp. nov. in having similar dark wings with several small hyaline marks, but it can be easily distinguished by the hindwings with the bases mostly hyaline and aedeagus with the apex roundly widened. In N. fuscus sp. nov. , the bases of the hindwings are also dark brown and the aedeagus is not apically widened.
