Heradion paradiseum comb. nov. is here considered a member of the naiadis ­group by the presence of the more or less triangular DTA of the male palpal organ ( Fig. 9 ). The species can be easily recognized by: the relatively broad DTA, the medially; the simple abruptly outward curved MA ( Fig. 9 ); the absence of RTA ( Fig. 10 ); the digitiform VTA with apical membranous part ( Fig. 10 , m).
