Ecology: —Rare; terrestrial in semihumid forests and on rocky outcrops; 500–700 m . Notes: —Blades 2-pinnate-pinnatifid to rarely 3-pinnate-pinnatifid; rhizomes erect; petioles light brown to red-brown, more or less terete to channelled adaxially; petiole scales ovate-lanceolate to lanceolate; buds present at the base of the blades; sterile blades adaxially lacking hydathodes; soral lines continuous in the sinuses.
