Comment: The above specimen from Turkey was probably collected in Yarpuz in Antalya ; to my knowledge, there is no Turkish locality called "Yarpaz". The previously known distribution of this species was confined to Cyprus , " Syria ", and Turkey ; in Turkey it was recently recorded from Konya , Kahramanmaraş , Urfa , and Hakkâri ( ASSING 2007a ). The above specimens from Iran , Iraq , and Israel represent new country records.
