in 2002. But he did not notice that he (1998) already described another species named

from Zheng in 2002 must be renamed as a secondary homonym after art. 57.3. of the International Code of Zoological Nomenclature. Therefore,

Differential diagnosis:
Anterior margin of pronotum from
M. napoensis
is slightly arched. This species is related to
M. serrifemoralis

but the ventral margins of middle femora undulate; width of midfemur wider than width of visible part of tegmina.
