(two specimens). Pelage is smooth, soft, and sleek. Dorsal pelage is similar to that of the White-bellied Yellow Bat (S.
leucogaster
). Ventral pelage is yellow, with buffy tint on throat. Wings and uropatagium are dark brown. Ears are comparatively short and widely separated. Eyes are small.
