I have been able to examine two more specimens that allow me to confirm all the data provided by Lassalle (2007) . I had mentioned a female specimen of this species in 1997, but without knowing the male I had not dared to describe it ( Sciaky 1997: 40 ). Description. Habitus as in Fig. 12 . The combination of characters allowing to distinguish this species are: length 14–14.5 mm (until now the largest in the genus); integuments dark greenish with bronze hues; body rather convex; legs and antennae dark brown, of medium length; head broad, with mandibles evidently longer than the rest of the head; eyes reduced and flat; pronotum anteriorly broad, with lateral margins markedly constricted and then parallel towards the base; basal angles almost right; elytra very broad, oval, widest almost in the middle, with striae well marked; shoulders rounded, without a tooth. Median lobe of aedeagus with apical portion almost as long as basal portion; in lateral view straight before apex, in dorsal view very broad and asymmetrical, without tooth and not angulate on the left side ( Lassalle 2007 : fig. 3). Ratios: El/Pl = 2.32; Ew/Pw = 1.37; El/Ew = 1.41. Distribution. Yunnan , Habashan mountain range. Material examined : China ,NW Yunnan (Zhongdian), Habaxue Shan W slope, betw. Tuguancun / Xiaozhongdian. 3700–3900 m : 1 ♀ ( CS ); Yunnan , Habashan mountains E slope, 3800–4600 m : 1 ♀ ( NHMB ) .
