(descr.).
Diagnosis.
Face 1/3 as long as eye width, yellow with brownish to black vitta; frontal triangle black. Proepimeron black; scutum black except broadly yellow laterally; scutellum black with yellow margins, yellow pilose with black piles on posterior margin; anepimeron black. Pro and mesofemora yellow, metafemur yellow with black annulus; pro and meso tibiae yellow, metatibia black to brownish on basal 2/3 and yellow on apical 1/3. Wing extensively microtrichose; alula broader than cell BM appically, microtrichose. Abdomen with triangular basolateral yellow macula on 3

terga. Surstylus broader and somewhat triangular apically in dorsal view; postanal process almost 2/3 as long as surstylus; aedeagus enlarged, proeminent dorsally; superior lobe somewhat rectangular with erect setae along anteroventral margin, with small lobe posteriorly with hairs.
