This species is similar to Xenovarta cylindrica Viraktamath , but can be distinguished by the foot-shaped apophysis of the style and by the aedeagus having a well-developed dorsal process near midlength. Etymology. The name of this species is based on the well-developed dorsal process of the aedeagus.
