Female. Body dark. Eyes pubescent, narrowly fused along distance of 3–4 facets. Proximal flagellomeres cylindrical ( Fig. 1 I), AR 1.58. Proboscis short. Mandible with 20 small teeth. Third palpal segment with sensory pit at midlength ( Fig. 1 C), PR 1.93. Paratergite with 1 seta, scutellum with 4 bristles. Wing length 1.61 mm , CR 0.69; second radial cell 3.9 times longer than first; few macrotrichia at wing apex ( Fig. 2 C). TR (I) 2.7, TR (II) 3.2, TR (III) 2.5. Seminal capsule single, ovoid, with short neck, 0.100 mm long ( Fig. 1 P). Male unknown. Material examined. Holotype female labeled as follows: Hokuto, (Form.), H.
