Diagnosis
. Female eyes pubescent, proximal flagellomeres cylindrical, paratergite with 1 seta, scutellum with 4 bristles.
Description.
Female. Body dark. Eyes pubescent, narrowly fused along distance of 3–4 facets. Proximal flagellomeres cylindrical (

I), AR 1.58. Proboscis short. Mandible with 20 small teeth. Third palpal segment with sensory pit at midlength (

C), PR 1.93. Paratergite with 1 seta, scutellum with 4 bristles. Wing length
