Canthidium ( Neocanthidium ) convexifrons Balthasar, 1939 Canthidium convexifrons Balthasar, 1939 : 119 [here transferred to the subgenus Neocanthidium ]. Type locality: Colombia : Valle del Cauca and “Pischindé” (“ Colombia , Pischindé und Cauca-Tal”). Type material: According to Bezděk & Hájek (2012) , one female syntype in NMPC—ex Balthasar collection; also, an unknown number of female syntypes in SMFG. Distribution: Colombia (Martínez & Halffter 1986a).
