Body colour yellow brown; antenna from pedicel to most of the funicular segments and legs lighter; fore wing hyaline. Length: 0.43 mm . Antenna ( Fig. 2 , b) with pedicel as long or slightly shorter than F2; F3 slightly shorter than F3; segments from F4–F6 gradually longer and wider than F3; club 2× as long as F6; mps on F5 (1), F6 (2) and club (3). Mesosoma about 1.7× as long as metasoma; mid lobe of mesoscutum without setae. Fore wing 7.5–8.0× as long as wide; distal macrochaeta of marginal vein 3.5–3.8× as long as proximal macrochaeta; maximum fringe length/maximum disc width 3.0; disc with a rather distal small hairless area and 4 or 5 rows of setae ( Fig. 2 , c). Fore leg with tarsomere 1 slightly longer than tarsomere 2; middle and hind legs each with tarsomere 1 slightly shorter than tarsomere 2. Metasoma with ovipositor near its base and with third valvulae slightly exerted; ovipositor length/fore tibia length 1.95–2.5; ovipositor length/third valvula length 3.3–3.7.
