Diagnosis.
Antenna very long, with flagellomeres as broad as long; three ocelli; frontal furrow very short, confined to back of head; frontal tubercle bilobate and broad; hind tibial apical brush produced across tibia; well-developed empodium; costal vein distinctly produced beyond tip of R5; Sc twice as long as h; R1 short; M2 long.
