Diagnosis Lateral carinae of scutellum extending near apex. Juxtacoxal carina anteriorly distinct. Juxtacoxal area polished, almost impunctate. Propodeal spiracle approximately 2.7× as long as wide. First tarsomere of hind leg 1.0× as long as second to fifth tarsomeres together. Second tergite 1.8× as long as apical width. Posteromedian portions of tergites 6 to 7 largely membraneous. A pair of submedian triangular spots of mesoscutum, scutellum except lateral and apical margins dark brown. Lower corner of mesopleuron, a large spot of metapleuron whitish yellow. Propodeum black with whitish yellow large markings on third lateral area. Hind coxa mainly black, hind tarsomeres 2–4 whitish yellow. Distribution China : Taiwan .
