Habitats:
Dina punctata
lives in littoral zones of larger rivers and brooks.
Status:
Dina punctata
is reported in this paper to be a new species record for the
Czech Republic
. This species likely has spread into the country from the Dunaj (Danube) River basin, where it is more common. This is the case of the occurrence in the Dyje (Thaya) River. Its occurrences in southern
Bohemia
(in the Vltava River basin) need additional documentation. Other new records can be expected, especially in the southern part of the country.
