The species epithet refers to Franconia as the type region. Description. Wing 3.5 mm long, pale, with darker veins and pterostigma, reaching wing margin. Venation as figured. Sc ending at r-m level, sc-r just before level of M stem bifurcation. Rs stem straight, R 2+3 long, 3.3 times longer than R 2 and 1.5 longer than R 3 , r-m slightly proximal to m-cu . Sc apex at 56%, R bifurcation at 28%, Rs bifurcation at 52%, M bifurcation at 49%, CuA apex at 70% and CuP apex at 50% of wing length.
