Species of
Anisandrus
differ from other members of the tribe by the combination of serrations on the frontal edge of pronotum, a tuft of setae at the base of the pronotum, the contiguous procoxae, and an obliquely truncate antennal club with the first segment of club covering the entire posterior side.
