Comments.
With the example mentioned in the comments for
N. ingrischi
n. sp.
, the actual identity of
N. hexadactyla
is put into question, as could be some specimens determined before to belong to his species, which could actually hold different species. It is therefore necessary to revisit and determine North American specimens with data from wing venation, stridulating file, ocelli shape and phallic complex, to ratify the distributional range of
N. hexadactyla
and the possible description of new species or revive previously synonymized species.
