Andrade ; 1♂ , paratype , Portugal : Guarda Seia ( 40°23’04.19N / 07°42’18.40”W ) 04 September 2014 leg. A. Gonçalves (in collec- tion RW ) . Description: Head roundish, eyebridge of 3 facet rows; distance between the eyes approximately 3 facet diameters; a single row of postocular bristles. Palpus segment 3 not completely visible; absolute length 0.058 -0.086 -?- 0.174 mm ; relative length 29-43-?-87. Antenna with scape, pedicel and 10 flagellomeres, distal segments missing: absolute length 0.042-0.052-0.046-0.044-0.046-0.044-0.048-0.048-0.042-0.04 -0.034 -0.038 - mm; relative length 21-26-23-22-23-22-24-24-21-20-17-19. Ascoids not discernable. Wing 2.75 times longer than wide; length 2.13 mm , width 0.78 mm . M 2 basally faint, CuP short, straight. Male terminalia with a characteristic hypandrium with 2 widenings beside the midsts ( Fig. 46 ). Gonocoxites 3x longer than wide, 1 long seta on inner surface at middle. Gonostyli 1.5 times longer than gonocoxites, slightly angular in the basal third. Parameres with small ventral lobes, median extension of the bridge not discernable, probably in vertical position. Aedeagus with narrow bilobed basiphallus, ventral lobe thin with 2 arms, connected to the basally broad distiphallus; dorsal lobe of basiphallus thin not clearly discernable whether with 2 arms, slightly sinuous, no apical cross sclerite. Epandrium trapezoid corners round, with 2 basal foramina; epandrial processes as long as epandrium, straight with 9 feathered tenacula, the apical ones shorter. Hypoproct rhomboid, setose. Etymology: The epithet honours the collector Ana Gonçalves. Distribution : Portugal (Iberian Peninsula). Remarks : The only Tonnoiriella species with 2 widenings of the hypandrium.
