Studied specimens ( Figs. 1–3 ) were collected not far from the type locality and completely agree with the original description of Traulia lanceolata ( Willemse, 1921 ) , which is considered as synonym of Mesambria maculipes ( Willemse, 1957 ) . Male genitalia of this species are described and illustrated below for the first time. Description of male genitalia. Epiphallus bridge-shaped; bridge broad and completely divided; ancorae long, weakly incurved; anterior projections pointed; posterior projections triangular rounded; lophi of epiphallus great, eXtending, with enlarged and broadly rounded outer and very small inner lophi; oval sclerites narrowly elongated ( Fig. 4 ). Cingulum sclerotised, consisting of broad apodemes, Zygoma, and rami; Zygoma triangular projecting apically, covering the arch of cingulum ( Fig. 5 ). Valves of cingulum divided ( Fig. 5 ), apically long and strongly upcurved ( Fig. 6 ). Apical valves of penis with pointed apeX, considerably shorter than cingular valves; basal and apical penis valves connected by a strongly curved, unbroken fleXure ( Fig. 6 ). Distribution. Indonesia : Sulawesi Island ( North Sulawesi province ).
