Notes. This primarily North Central species apparently prefers sandy areas (e.g., Grundel et al. 2010). Gibbs et al. (2013) first reported the occurrence of this species from a single location near Lake Michigan . A closely related species, L . fedorense , is newly recorded from Michigan (see above).
