Diagnosis.
Female
. Body length 9.0–
9.5 mm
; body (

) black, with yellow and ferruginous markings; T1 mostly red-ferruginous; propodeum partly red-ferruginous, with a yellow band on the postero-lateral margin; T2 without apical yellow band (

); clypeus (

) moderately punctate, clypeal maximum width 1.07× its length, apex broadly emarginated, apical width longer than (1.33×) distance between antennal sockets and slightly less than basal width of clypeus; superior carina of propodeum (

) poorly developed, and indistinctly lamellatedorsally;T2 (
Fig. 55
) swollen on sides, with strong preapical groove, strongly punctate, followed by wide and long translucent lamella, strongly reflexed and prolonged mesally; and S2 slightly lowered basally (
