According to the notes on the label and to the Index of Exsiccatae database ( Triebel & Scholz 2001 –2015), it seems that Hohenacker, in 1852 when preparing a second edition of the material collected by Schimper for Unio Itineraria (acquired from Hochstetter and Steudel), encountered this specimen, which was only labeled with the locality.
