Diagnosis:
Leucettidae
with a homogeneous organization of the wall and a typical leuconoid aquiferous system. There is neither a clear distinction between the cortex and the choanoskeleton, nor the presence of a distinct layer of subcortical inhalant cavities. The atrium is frequently reduced to a system of exhalant canals that open directly into the osculum or may be a large cavity (modified from

et al.
, 2002
).
