Distribution . Cosmopolitan. Remarks . This species, which appears to have been transported by human agency ( Smithers, 1972 ), is known in Australia only from Tasmania . Interestingly, the majority of specimens collected in this study were taken from two sites of huon pine ( Lagarostrobos franklanii ), which is usually found along riverbanks and is endemic to southwestern Tasmania .
