Scutellum convex, lateral carina forming high flange, medially as wide as first flagellomere width; area superomedia longer than wide, with small black spot basally, tergite 2 densely punctate; ovipositor strongly flattened; ovipositor sheath 0.6x hind tibia. Distribution . Previously recorded from India and Indonesia ( Yu et al . 2005 ), this is the first record of this species from Vietnam (Fig. 22). Material examined .
