Leaf mine.
The mine is an elongated contracted whitish blotch, without preceding epidermal tunnel, with one pronounced fold on the epidermis; situated on the lower side of the leaf nearby the leaf margin (
Fig. 12G
). Loose grains of frass are accumulated in the central part of the mine. From the upper side, the mine is white (
