Caterpillars of the nearest species L. brephoides (Walker, 1857) feed on Betula , Alnus , Populus and Salix ( Beljaev 2016 ) . Genetic note. There were not available material for DNA barcoding from the Baikal region, however, I have obtained the sequence from Altaian specimen (see “Material examined”).
