(Figures 3, 8, 13, 46–54) Vertex beige to brown, eyes blackish. Pronotum and scutum brown, scutellum dark brown, yellowish-brown at scutoscutellar sulcus. Fore wing and hind wing infuscate and semitransparent, wing venation dark infuscate. Male genitalia. Abdominal apodemes ( Fig.48 ) reaching 4th abdominal sternite. Pygofer side ( Fig. 49 ) broad with roundish termination, with row of microsetae at hind margin, provided with big lamelliform extension ( Fig. 50 ) with some small teeth. Subgenital plate ( Fig. 51 ) developed, slightly longer than pygofer side, provided with a few small teeth situated at process and several very small microsetae at the centre of plate. Connective ( Fig. 52 ) Yshaped. Paramere ( Fig. 53 ) with apex curved ventrad, beak-like at apical part. Penis ( Fig. 54 ) dorsal apodeme and preatrium not developed, penis stem S-shaped, gonopore apical. Measurements. Male 3.35–3.70 mm (including wing); female 3.60–4.00 mm (including wing). This species differs from all other species in this genus by roundish termination of pygofer side, beak-like apical part of paramere and S-shaped penis stem. Etymology. The specific epithet is derived from the Latin word “ lamellaris ” referring to the shape of the pygofer side extension.
