COMMENTS
: Hartert cited Mayr’s unique field number of the
holotype
in the original description and listed
five males
, two [female] immatures, and
three females
from Lehuma, Dohunsehik in the Issim Valley, and mountains near Ditschi. Eight of the
nine paratypes
are in AMNH: AMNH 293856– 293860, 601679, 601681, and 601682. Mayr’s collection was divided between Leonard C. Sanford for AMNH and Rothschild, with a subset to go to ZMB. The ninth
paratype
is perhaps in
Berlin
.
