Grace, Desjardin & B.A. Perry , in Grace, Desjardin, Perry & Shay, Phytotaxa 414(2): 75 (2019) ( Figs. 4 , 5 ) Description:— Basidiomata medium in size. Pileus 4–10 mm diam., paraboloid when young becoming sub-umbonate to convex at maturity, orange (2.5YR6/6), smooth, weakly striate, surface dull, dry. Lamellae white (10R8/1), adnexed, sub-distant with 3 tiers of lamellulae, non-marginate. Stipe 20–30 × 1 mm , white near lamellae (10R8/1) and orange near the base (2.5YR6/6) in the lower half, central, cylindrical, equal, smoothly glabrous, dry. Annulus absent. Basidiospores [100/4/4] (9) 11.2–12.3 (13.5) × (3.4) 3.6–4.4 (4.6) µm, avl × avw = 10.5 × 4.2 µm, Q = 2.5–3.1, Q av 2.8, narrow ellipsoid to lacrymoid, or subcylindrical with supra-hilar depression, smooth, hyaline in 5% KOH, non-dextrinoid, thin-walled. Basidia (13.1) 13.7–14.7 (14.8) × (3.5) 3.7–4.5 (5.2) µm, avl × avw = 14.1 × 4.1 µm, clavate, frequently two-spored, thin-walled, hyaline in 5% KOH. Basidioles (19) 21.4–23.7 (25.3) × (3.8) 4.5–5.7 (6.1) µm, avl × avw = 22.1 × 5 µm, abundant, narrowly fusiform, or ventricose. Cheilocystidia Siccus - type broom cells, (11.5) 14.3–15.6 (17.4) × (4) 5.3–6.6 (7.5) µm, avl × avw = 9.4 × 5.7 µm, cylindrical to broadly cylindrical, narrowly clavate, or rarely clavate, with many apical setules, thin-walled. Pileipellis Siccus - type broom cells, (7.7) 12.5–16.7 (18.3) × (3.1) 5–6.7 (8.5) µm, avl × avw = 13 × 5.8 µm, broadly clavate, cylindrical, thick-walled, occasionally lobed with numerous apical setules, rarely forked, pileal hyphae with 3-5 µm diam., branched, septate. Stipitipellis hyphae with 4-8 µm diam., sub-parallel, cylindrical, thin-walled, non-gelatinous. Caulocystidia Siccus - type broom cells (11.5) 13.9–16.8 (17.5) × (4) 4.5–7.8 (9.5) µm, avl × avw = 15.3 × 5.7 µm, clavate to cylindrical, with scrubby apical setules, occasionally bifurcated, thin-walled. Caulosetae (35) 52.7–123.8 (153.5) × (11.3) 13.5–14.3 (15.7) µm, avl × avw = 94.2 × 13.5 µm, lanceolate, conical, sometimes geniculate, with rounded or boot-shaped base, thick-walled.
