Dorsal shield 326 (316–333) long and 154 (146–160) wide at level of setae s4 , 173 (168–177) at level of S2 , 171 (166–176) at level of S4 , slightly reticulated, with three solenostomes ( gd2 , gd6 , gd9 ), 18 pairs of dorsal setae and two pairs of sub-lateral setae: j1 22 (20–23); j3 25 (23–28); j4 16; j5 16 (15–17); j6 19 (18–20); J2 21 (20–22); J5 8 (7–9); z2 16 (14–18); z3 25 (24–26); z4 24 (24–25); z5 18 (16–19); Z4 46 (44–48); Z5 69 (65–75); s4 30 (28–32); s6 35 (33–37); S2 38 (36–41); S4 37 (35–38); r3 30 (29–30); R1 25. All setae smooth, except Z4 and Z5 , slightly serrated. Peritreme extending forwards to the level between the bases of setae j3–z2 . Ventral idiosoma . Sternal shield smooth with two pairs of setae ( st1 , st2 ) and poroids; poroids iv2 on the margin of the shield. Distances between setae st1–st1 49 (48–49), st2–st2 64 (62–66), st1–st2 58 (54–62). Setae st3 and st4 tylochorous (on platelets). Genital shield smooth, sigilla (1–3 pairs) clearly visible. The 4 th and 5 th pairs of genital sigilla thin, sometimes visible. The 6 th of sigilla ( sgpa ) postero-paraxial to setae ZV1 . Ventrianal shield smooth, subpentagonal slightly concave at level of setae JV2 ; anterior margin convex. Four pairs of pre-anal setae, JV1 , JV2 , JV3 and ZV2 are present on the shield. Atrium incorporated with the calyx. The latter cup-shaped, 15 long and 10 (9–12) wide, thick walled after the level of atrium. Remarks. The measurements and other morphological characters of the specimens herein examined generally fit with the original description of this species, although small differences in length of some setae are observed.
