Oval; 2.75 mm (n = 1) in length; 1.55 mm in width (n = 1); thorasic disc with broad, to narrow, clavate, white and testaceous scales, with lateral macula of testaceous scales; elytra with confused vitta of narrow, clavate, white scales; disc of thorax and elytra flat in lateral view; scutellum longer than broad, large, clothed with cretaceous scales; elytra with crosshatched setae suberect, long, white anteriorly and testaceous apically; all femora unarmed. Genitalia: median lobe of aedeagus 0.5 mm (n = 1) in length, width 0.11 mm (n = 1), margins evenly rounded to apex dorsally, thin laterally, to sharply deflected, narrowly, acute apex; apodeme 0.4 mm (n = 1) in length ( Figs. 69–71 ). Distribution. India : Sikkim ; China : Xizang Province , Jilong, 2,800 m . Remarks. Similar to C. aino in size and coloration, but distinguished by unarmed femora, and male genitalia of C. aino being deflected toward apex, with C. misellus flat in lateral view.
