Diagnosis : The body color is flavescent, Nysius senecionis is distinguished from the other species of the genus by yellow buccula, buccula not dropping backward and with the end reaching base of head, scutellum pale with fuscous punctures and basally with short brown stripe. Inner projection of paramere elliptical and laterally slightly concave ( Fig. 13 ). Pygophore ( Fig. 18 ), spermatheca ( Fig. 23 ) and ejaculatory reservoir ( Fig. 28 ) as shown in the pictures.
