First discal cell of fore wing 1.1× wider than high. Second discal cell of hind wing 1.8× wider than high. Vein cu-a strongly curved ( Fig. 64g ). Metasoma. Nearly as long as mesosoma. T1 ( Fig. 64f ) parallel-sided, weakly widened towards apex, 1.2× longer than hind width, basal 1/3 concave, polished, turned-over part weakly transverse, strongly punctate-rugose medially, weakly rugulose apically, hind tubercle polished. T2 rough with extremely weak but regular rugae and a row of indistinct punctures medio-apically, strongly transverse, 5.0× wider than long in middle, strongly curved apically. T3 2.0× longer than T2. Tergites posterior to T2 a little shiny, polished and with minute hairy bumps. Hypopygium not longer than apex of metasoma. Ovipositor sheath as long as length of hind tibia, thin and weakly broad at apex. Ovipositor thin, weakly curved apically, taped towards apex. Colour. Black ( Fig. 64a ). Tegula black. Palpi yellowish brown and spurs whitish yellow. Antenna and ovipositor sheath dark brown. Labrum and mandible dark brown. Legs brown to black, except fore leg, apical half of mid femur, mid tibia, mid tarsus, and basal two thirds of hind tibia bright reddish yellow. Wing membrane hyaline, vein 1-R1, C+SC+R, and upper border of pterostigma brown, remaining parts of pterostigma, r, 2-SR and 2-M yellowish brown, other alar veins whitish. Variation. Body length 1.9–2.5 mm , fore wing length 2.3–2.7 mm . Tergites dark brown to black. Specimens from Sichuan and Yunnan becoming markedly smoother towards apex, T2 nearly polished. FIGURE 64. Dolichogenidea victoria Liu & Chen , sp. nov. , female, holotype. a. habitus, dorsal view; b. fore wing; c. mesosoma, dorsal view; d. head, dorsal view; e. head, frontal view; f. metasoma, dorsal view; g. hind wing; h. propodeum, dorsal view. Scale line = 0.5 mm. Male. Body length 2.0– 2.2 mm , fore wing length 2.3–2.4 mm . Similar to female, except: T2 less transverse, 2.6× wider than long; antenna distinctly longer than body length, penultimate antennomere 2.6× longer than wide; and pterostigma more whitish with dark border. The specific name “ victoria ” derived from the Latin, referring to propodeum distinctly V-shaped at bottom. Remarks. This species is similar to D. angularis Song & Chen , but differs in the following: areolation V-shaped at bottom (the latter U-shaped); T2 half length of T3 (the latter 0.8×); and posterior tangent to anterior ocellus indistinctly transecting posterior pair of ocelli (the latter hardly touching).
