Diagnosis.
Mandible strongly tapered towards distal end, with upper tooth longer and stouter than the lower tooth; clypeus moderately strongly (

); mesopleuron with continuous diagonal stripe (

); mesoscutum densely punctate with yellow marks only on in the anterior part of notaulus (

); propodeum smooth and polished with complete and strong anterior and posterior transverse carinae (

Habitat.
The specimen was collected with a Malaise
type
flight interception trap at ground level in sugarcane cultivation. The vegetation of the collection site corresponds to forests of the Andean-Amazonian foothills.
